Description:
Colorful hot air balloons to put on your cupcake.
This is what you need:

paper
scissors
glue
cocktail stick

How to make this cupcake topper:
1. Print the cut-out.
Making the balloon:
2. Cut the strip with the balloon straight at the bottom of the baskets (pict. 1) and fold the design at the dottted lines harmonicawise (fig. 2).
3. Open the strip and put some glue at the backside (fig. 3). Fold the design again harmonicawise and take care that the blue and the violet parts come together (fig. 4) .
4. Put the stick quickly in the bottom of the balloon (fig. 5). Fold the balloon open so that you see the shape of it and cut out along the lines of the design. (fig. 6).
Making the cloud:
5. Double the cloud at the dotted line and glue the parts together. (fig. 7, 8, 9, 10).
6. Cut out the cloud and pierce a little hole in it (fig. 11).
7. Run the stick through the little hole and put the balloon at the cupcake (fig. 12).
