Printer
Cirkel / Scallop punch 2", scissors or craft knife
Paper to print the cupcake toppers on
Popcake sticks
Round labels

How to make this cupcake topper:

1. Print de cupcake toppers on heavy paper.

2. Punch or cut the cupcake toppers from the print.

3. Attach the popcake sticks using the round labels on the cupcake topper.
